Repair first, replace when it makes sense
We recommend new windows or doors only when repair isn't worth it: rotted or warped frames, windows that are failing in several ways at once, or doors damaged beyond repair. If a new sealed unit or part will do the job for less, we'll tell you.
Commercial installations
We installed 80 windows on a commercial building in downtown Mississauga, and we install storefront doors, commercial entries and fire doors to code. For an industrial client, we upgraded a steel door and frame with new hardware and a welded astragal for security.
Homes
We replace windows and patio doors in homes, including a CLEARVIEW aluminum patio door system for an apartment in Guelph. One customer had a whole main floor of foggy windows replaced in a single day.
Energy-efficient options
New windows are a chance to improve comfort. We can supply energy-efficient glass such as low-E coated units, and we seal every window properly against air and water leaks.

Should I repair or replace my windows?
If the frames are sound, replacing foggy glass or worn hardware usually costs much less. We recommend replacement when frames are rotted or warped, or when a window is failing in several ways at once.
